I wondered why people were still in denial. I mean, my love and I co-owned our house, had not lived apart-ever, (14 years on November 18, 2013 to be exact) and were pretty content. How could all of this gay loveliness be denied? We rode that journey, evolved, and continue to move forward.
Now, I am in graduate school, studying to be a clinical psychologist. My artist wife and I are living in the Pacific Northwest and figuring out this thing called life. We have 3 anniversaries (yes, we celebrate them all), regular date nights, and lots of fun on this journey. We have fun. We laugh a lot and don't take ourselves to seriously. I mean seriously, you gotta lighten up people!
This go around, you will get unsolicited relationship advice (you can solicit it if you want), my opinion on anything I feel like writing about, and a good dose of positive vibes.
Welcome to the G-Spot. I want you to feel Good anytime you come here!
LOL about the 3 anniversaries! My marriage is ending, but we had at least two ~ one for the commitment ceremony and one for the wedding in Toronto. Congratulations on your marital success. And I was a therapist, too (until I got burned out).
ReplyDeleteOne for when we started dating, one for when we got married and one for when we renewed our vows. #multi-anniversaries :-)
